Re: yeurith mar. thomas alexander?
Alicia: My husband & I visited the LP Union Cemetery where it was re-located near Warsaw, Mo. . I have pictures of Yeureth & Thomas Alexander's graves plus all of their children's graves who are buried in that cemetery. I also found a lengthy article in a book at the genealogy library in Independence, Mo. The name of the book is "History of Benton Co., Mo." It has the story of Thomas & Yeureth Alexander - lots of history and genealogy. There is even a picture of Temperance Bishop Zook, whose daughter married Franklin Alexander, a picture of David Frankllin Alexander, his wife, Agnes Zook Alexander, a picture of the house they built in the 1850's and lived in, plus really good stories & information about the family, starting with Yeureth & Thomas. It also has lots of history of Judge George Alexander. If you're interested, let me know. I'll make a copy for you. I'll have to mail it as there are several pages. Just let me know. My husband's grandmother, Nancy Elsie Alexander, was the granddaughter of Thomas & Yeureth. I'm interested in any information you might have on this family, too.

Re: yeurith mar. thomas alexander?
I'm sorry to take so long to get back with you. I haven't had much time to do genealogy lately. I don't have a whole lot on the Alexander Family but I did find quite a lengthy chapter on the family in a book at the Genealogy Library in Independence, Mo. I'd be glad to send you the copy. It even had a few pictures. My husband's grandmother, Nancy Elsie Alexander, lived with his family for years. She is the granddaughter of Thomas & Yeureth Alexander. Please e-mail me at connieedknowles@sbcglobal.net, if you'd like a copy of the article from the book "History of Benton County Missouri in 2 parts".
