I have a file of over 2,700 indiviuals from the late 1600's in Germany to the present. I am descended from the immigrant John Yetley(Jedele)who married Helen Heisley. They are buried in Green Mountain, Iowa.
I have been doing research for over 30 years.

Who are you interested in?

Hi,
I think I have you placed from the info I have. I do not publish any info on living people. My Yetley file is posted. It is Yetley Germany>PA>IA. It is under boy89 and I am also related to the Harman's. My grandmother was a Harman. I would love to know what you know about them. I am descended from Catherine Yetley who married William Cochran. She is my gg grandmother. They are buried in Jewell, Hamilton Co Iowa, as are my grandparents. My Harman file is under Deenie50.

yes I am also a harmon decendent of Elizabeth Harmon I do not have much info on them. As for Catherine Yeltey I have not seen that name yet. My gg grandparents were Samuel o. Yetley and Clara F. Nelson I am not sure were they are buried. My great Grandparents are Glen C. Yetley and Imogene Yeltey both buried in El Dorado KS. I am not sure of any children that they have other than my Granfather Glen Yetley. it is nice to see that there is other family still alive connected to the Yetleys other than my mom, aunt and uncle. As I find info I can send it to you. Thank you for yours it will be very helpfull. Are you still in th PA or IA area???

Try Helen Heisley. I think I have him listed by his German name Johann Georg Jedele. I live in Iowa. I have visited the graves in Green Mountain. They donated the land for the church and cemetery.
I believe the Iowa Genealogical Society has a copy of the Yetley history and the Harman history. I have them both also. My Yetley history is in terrible shape. The man who put them together is deceased.
I am not surprised you have notheard of Catherine. All of the Yetleys stayed in Marshall Co and she moved to Hamilton Co.
