CHARLES YEDINAK
Age 83 of Crown Point passed away Wednesday, June 4, 2003 at his residence. A retired supervisor for U.S. Steel Corporation, Gary Works. Preceded in death by wife, Thelma Irene; brothers, Jim and Joe; sisters, Rose Dillman, Anna Benjamin, Mary Toth, Julia Dillich. Survivors: daughters, Dorothy Poskin of Crown Point, Carol (Edward) Perosky of Merrillville, Yvonne (Patrick) Lewis of Hobart; son, Stephen (Mary Ann) Yedinak of Carmel, Indiana; 9 grandchildren, Dawn (David), Cheryl (Heady), Beth (Ed), Scott, Steve, Liz, Brian, Ashley, Brandon and Chelsea; 5 great grandchildren, Alexandria, George, Caitlin, Taylor and Karissa; 2 sisters, Helen (Michael) Perrah of Portage, Elizabeth (Charles) Marmolejo of Schererville; many nieces and nephews. Friends may call Sunday, 2-5 and 6-8 p.m. at Rendina Funeral Home, 5100 Cleveland St., Merrillville. Prayer service 6:30 p.m. Funeral services Saturday 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home and 10 a.m. from St. Stephen the Martyr Church, with Rev. Michael Maginot officiating. Burial Calumet Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Franciscan Hospice would be appreciated.
