W. G, Yeckel Funeral Set For Saturday
William G. Yeckel of 101 Woodbine av., office manager of the National Carloading Co., died this morning at his home.
Mr. Yeckel was a member of Zion's Lutheran Church and vice president of the church board. He was a member of the Men's Club, the Lutheran Society, the Lutheran Laymen and the Home Mission Board of the Lutheran Senate.
He was also a member of Central, F. and A,. M., Central City Chapter, and Central City Commandery, Knights Templar.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Elizabeth Roth Yeckel: a daughter, Mrs. Luther Meyer; a brother, Dr. Herbert Yeckel, and a granddaughter, Jean Victory. Funeral services will by at 2 p.m. Saturday in Zion's Lutheran Church, the Rev. Dr. C. P. Jensen officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the Frasier Funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. tomorrow and Friday. The body will lie in state at the church from 1 to 3 P.M. Saturday.
