Looking for relatives of Dorothy Lillian Yaxley 1894-1964- I'm guessing at those dates- who was my grandmother - her Mother Mary Ann (Aunt Polly)? her Father Robert? possibly from Fakenham Norfolk England. Had a brother William - his sons Leonard (deceased) William, Arthur and daughter Dorothy. Any info much appreciated.

Not only did I spell Yaxley--Yaaxley--but it also appears to be posted by Richard Yaxley (my grandfather and also my great grandfather). Not true. It was posted by Marilyn Yaxley Bartholomew. Sorry--still learning! You might want to check my Yaxley family website through
My great grandfather, Richard had a brother William. Regards, M.Y.Bartholomew

What is Donald yaxley's e mail address. Not sure about the Yaxleys, but suspect in my family 2 Bunting brothers married 2 Yaxley sisters - it's getting complicated. My grandmothers father was Robert not Richard but he also married a Mary Ann and I don't know her maiden name. I'm just going on a wild guess that maybe I have the name wrong and Robert is really Richard. Do you have Donald yaxleys e mail address - omitted from your reply. Thanks!

Hi Ladona
Have just been browsing the Yaxley message boards on Ancestry and saw your message about Dorothy Lillian Yaxley who married George Bunting.
I'm not sure if we have already been in contact but I have this family in my family tree, although they are not in my immediate line. I can however take this family back to the 1500's. If you would like more info please contact me.
