My mother's maiden name is Yatsko. The most I can tell you is that my maternal grandparents (Andrew and Isabel{nee Clichinskus) married and moved from Scranton, PA to Brooklyn, NY probably sometime before 1940.

Hi Cousin. You have the spelling of Grandma's last name wrong...it starts with a K. I believe it is Klichinskus. This is her maiden name and is Lithuanian

Our grandfather, Andrew Yatsko is believed to have been born in Austria.

I am Anna's youngest child. I have just begun my search for information (after speaking with my sister, Veronica). I would love to know more about your mother's childhood - life as well as that of Joseph. Do you know anything about our grandparents' lineage?

Do you have any more information on the marriage of Andrew and Elizabeth and what may have led to his death. And what of Elizabeth: what happened after her release. Did your mother have a relationship with her post-incareration?

Would love to hear from you as Veronica has told me great things about you.
