Thursey Jane Wyatt was born to Edmund and Mary Wyatt in Lebanon, Russell Co., VA in 1855 and as a young adult moved across the border to Pike County, KY where she eventually married Sherwood Mullins. She had two children, Aaron Wyatt and Ida V. Wyatt, before the marriage; she and Sherwood Mullins had twins, Vinnie E. and James Henry Mullins 10 December 1879.

Sherwood Mullins was born 1855, son of James Mullins (1820-1894) and Polly Cantrell (1818-?, perhaps first married to Newsome). Sherwood died in Pike County on 2 August 1922 and was buried in Stewart Cemetery there.

I have done a lot of research on the descendants of Thursey and Sherwood Mullins but have not yet found any death record or location for Thursey. The last record I found was the Jan 1930 census with her in Big Creek (McDowell Co.), West Virginia, where she had moved with her grandson's family (William and Goldie Neal Wyatt) when he went there to work in the mines. However, I think they were back in Pike County, KY later in 1930, however. Did Thursey Jane Wyatt Mullins die in West Virginia or Pike County, KY. I find no records. Anyone know anything?
