Yes, this is the same family. Lyle and Elizabeth Wyans
were my aunt and uncle. I am the daughter of John (Jack) Wyans, who was an older brother of Lyle's.

I am wondering if this is the same Lyal Wyans? I am second cousin, twice removed to his wife, Alice Elizabeth Covert. Alice was the daughter of Daniel Ariah Covert and my first cousin, three times removed, Minnie Estelle Ranck. Minnie Estelle Ranck Covert's parents were Ephriam Ranck and Martha Matilda Long, who was my 2nd great grand aunt.

Wow! This is great! We are living in Indianapolis. We have a daughter - Sally - born 12/12/98. A first time Mom at 36 years old! What was I thinking?!? Seriously, motherhood is wonderful! How is Mark? Any more kids? I think your daughter's name is Emily? HOw can I send you an e-mail that does not get blasted all over kingdom come?

Yes!!!!! Kathy it's me!!!!! Congrats on the nuptials!!! Where are you these days?? We are just north of Dayton (Huber Heights) We just got back from Cincy. We went to a Reds game, tooled around town, ended up in Clifton at Graeter's!!! :-) YUMMMY!
