Residence Auck. 1936-1939. Wife died 1939 & may have gone to Australia & died there. Occupation / miner.

d ?? New Zealand
Mother Johanah POWER bc1816 Nth Ireland
d 1894 NZ

Your Richard Wren seems to be the brother of my ggrandfather Thomas b 1855 m to Elizabeth Ann Parker.Were there any other siblings please?

my 3rd g grandparents -- William Wren bc1795 England?
marr: Dinah (surname unknown)

Their child:- Thomas Wren b1822 Middlesex, Eng.
d1891 New Zealand
married: Johanah Power bc1820 Ireland
d1894 NZ

to my grandparents: Richard Benjamin Wren 1863-1946 NZ
mar: Adele Maud Bridges 1865 nz 0 1892 Aus.

Johannah Power married twice and her grandchildren, Hilda Mary Wren & Ebenezer E Briggs (my grandparents) were half cousins.

So far I have been unable to trace the Wren line any earlier then William Wren bc1795 somewhere in England? Also the name etc of his wife Dinah ?

Any help would be much appreciated.

All I have on William Wren b 1795 m Dinah 1820.Anthing I have is anecdotal.Williams brothers and sisters may be Benjamin,Mary Curtis,Cloard Dewey,Henry,Ellen Harrington.
They poss lived in Brashfield near Romney,County of Hampshire.
William and Dinahs chn poss were Charles b 1818,went abroad 1835 as a soldier;William Wren Junior;Mary;Thomas b 1822 d 1823: and our Thomas.
