I would like to connect with someone having information on Shadrack Wren born 1750 in Rutherford, NC. and died in Boone County, MO. He married Elizabeth Reynolds in 1789/90 in NC. She was born 1768 in SC. Their known children were: James; Joseph; Berryman; George; Charles Edward; David; Polly; Hyman; Priscilla; and Martha.

I am looking relations to Mahala Wren of Boone Co, Missouri. She married Harvey Shern around 1835 or 1840. They had a boy Obi Carr Shern who married Josie Sims in 1880 or so, Does any of this match what you have?

I have a Charles Edward Wren married to Nancy Nichols with the following children: James N., Phoebe Ann, Elisabeth J., Joseph Abner, Thomas P. and Lucinda F.
I have Shadrach Wren married to Elizabeth Runnels-Reynolds with the following children: James, Joseph, Berryman, George, Charles Edward, David, Polly and Hyman.

I think we are distant cousins because I descend from Charles Edward and I believe you said that you descend from Polly. I show her as a sister of Charles Edward.

I have a bith date of abt 1760 in Liverpool England and know that he was in Rutherford county NC in the 1790 census with a couple of children. What I need at this point is the name of his father. Any help in this matter?

I have Wren's from Boone County with Hyman Wren as the father, he is the son of Shadrack and Elizabeth from Rutherford Coutny NC. I don't have a MAhala listed but do have a Leanah in 1849.

Could you send the info to me about your wrens. i have no knowledge of any one but mahala wren it seems she just fell off the tree to us. we need other names to see if she could be fron this family.
