This is a tribute to Rev Charley Kytle WOOD, youngest son and child of Margie Armandy GRIZZLE & James M WOOD/s.

Kytle was born 9 Apr 1926 and died at home 10 Mar 2002.

His beautiful and faithful wife of 48 years, Cora Agnes DAVIS WOOD preceeded him to GOD in 1993.

HE WALKED WITH GOD

With Common Working Folk
He Walked The Path Of Sorrow

He Laughed With Them In Gladness
Shared Dreams Of Their Tomorrow

Possessing A Common Touch
And A Love For Every Neighbor

He Identified With Children
And Men At Sweaty Labour

Sympathy Was Evident
In Every Word He Spoke

Healing Hearts That Grieved
Mending Hearts That Broke

They Loved To Hear Him Preach
Beneath The Cross-tipped Steeple

Because He Walked With JESUS
And With The Common People

They Gladly Heard Him Preach
For Through Him People Heard

A Message From The LORD
Each Time Brother WOOD Preached The Word.
