SPRINGFIELD - Carroll O. Wohler, 82, of Springfield died Friday, May 6, 2005, at Capital Care.

He was born May 29, 1922, in Greenview, the son of Harry and Eda Hildebrand Wohler. He married Teresa Zaubi in 1950.

Mr. Wohler was a cartographer for the Illinois Department of Transportation, retiring with 32 years of service.

Survivors: wife, Teresa; three sons, Rick and Kurt Wohler, both of Springfield and Mark Wohler of Riverton; sister, Verla Pautsch of Troy, Ohio; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Graveside services: 11 a.m. Wednesday, Calvary Cemetery, the Rev. Robert Porter officiating.

Staab Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
