I just got a copy of my ggrandmothers' (Mary Alice Witner)d. cert. She was born 5/12/1866 in Peru, Miami Co. IN and father was Allen A. Witner b. in "Burke" Co. PA. I'm going to assume it's Berks Co. PA. Her mother was Harriet C. Orr and they moved to Franklin and Middletown OH. These Witners had a relative(s) in South Bend, IN.
