OK-The website is "clanmckee.org/witherspoon-family-history/". It lists Martha Witherspoon as the daughter of John and Janette Witherspoon. Says she was born circa 1700 and married a James Bradley. Had kids James, John, Arthur, Thomas, Matthew, and Janetta born circa 1748. I was looking for possible parents of my ancestor John Bradley who died 1807 in Marion County.

However, some people have written to me to say that John and Janette Witherspoon NEVER had a daughter named Martha.

So, I don't know what the truth is. Can you help me figure it out? Sue
