Seeking relatives/descendants of FRANK M. WINTERS, spouse unknown.
The following comes from a letter dated Apr 10,1944 from Frank M. Winters to his niece, Josephine Ellen (Lillie) Hobbs, my Mother:
The letter rerers to the following family of Frank M. Winters as of that date.
Resided at 252 Lawrence, Eugene, OR.
Had 4 sons and 1 daughter who was a baby at that time.
Youngest child, a son, would have been 17 years old in Aug.
Oldest son was in the Air Force in CA.
One son was in the South Pacific.
One son (discharged from the Army) was a pay clerk for a lumber camp in WA.
Frank is a brother of Mary Susanna Winters who married John Franklin Lillie (in KS), my maternal grandparents.
The letter to my Mother was signed "Uncle Frank".
I would like to have data on this Winters line. Any and all help greatly appreciated. Please reply to
