I am looking for some information on a lady listed as Wincea and thought her family might be the Wincey. In some families Wincey is there, as her surname, but I thought it was a flude. It was my misfortune to have never heard of the name Wincey. All of her census notations that I find with her husband and children list Tennessee as her birth place but maybe that was some kind of family happenstance and she was from Georgia. I have been looking for over 2 years not having any clues. I was beginning to think she might be Cherokee and w/o a surname. So now I am trying this. The birth date I have is 1814 or 15. She married Jesse Blackwell, who was born in Georgia(!) at 1808, at about age 10 or 12. Can anyone help, please? ceim2634
