Isaac had a son Andrew Jackson Williams by his second wife Mary Flinn. Andrew Jackson was born in Lawrence County, IN and died about 1871 in Daviess County, IN. He was married and had three daughters (one died young). This Williams family had lived in IN since about 1811. They came from Lee County, VA before then. Doesn't sound like the same family to me.
