Hi - searching for more info on Howard J. Wilcox in Connecticut. Born abt. 1858 in CT. Married Cora Roberts abt. 1882. Likely near Bristol, New Britain, Berlin, possibly Barkhamsted. I see him in the 1880, 1910, 1920 US census. Looking for his father.
