Emigrated from Poppenweiler, Kreis Ludwigsburg, Wuerttemburg, Germany:
Christian Wibel, born 4 Dec 1826, son of Jakob Balthes and Christine (nee Maier), emigrated to America 17 Jan 1854. His whereabouts were unknown until 1869 when he lived in New York.

His brother Jacob Wibel, born 5 Feb 1820, traveled to America in 1853. In 1870 he lived in St. Paris, county Champagner in State Ohio. Emigrated from there 21 Jan 1870? (hard to translate).

Other brother Adam Friederich Wiebel lived 1855 in Cincinatti in state Ohio without a set residence.
