I have a Charles L Whitsitt which was the older brother to my Great Grandfather Daniel. I show he was born in Jefferson Co., IN 2-10-1850 & was in the 1870 Jefferson Co. census.

On 11-2-1871 he married Charlotte Alexander in Dubois Co., from there I have no more info. I could not find a death record in Dubois Co.. I would appreciate any further info you may have on him also. I hope this helps you somewhat.
