A while back I had been in touch with the Antigonish heritage museum about my whalen ancestors. They were great and sent me a lot of info on my line. But they sent me a death record for an Ann Whalen that I can't place. Out of all the info they sent this is the only record. I think it belongs to me and I just haven't gotten that far back yet.

She was 70 years old in 1868 (which would put her birth abt 1798) and was born in Ireland. Fathers surname might be Berrigan, so I am assuming she married a whalen?

If I follow my line, I am guessing she might have had a son Lawrence. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
