I have finally received my grandfathers death certificate to get his parents. My Grandfather's name is William Joseph Welter born in (Rumalauch?) Luxembourg and his father's name was Michael and Mother's name on death certificate is Anna Miller both from Luxembourg, Any help would be greatly appreciated.
