Hello Pam, Sorry we didn't make a connection. I have no idea. We never did get to meet or see any of our Wells relatives. I only knew the immediate, Dad's sisters and brother. They lived in Carter Co. KY. So there could very well be a link. My dad's mother was a Tackett. Her mother was a Hicks. These were also of Carter County via way of Pike Co. Take care and good luck.
