Are you sure your Robert married Dorothy Crocker? I have Patrick Weekly married Dorothy Crocker in 1938 in San Diego, CA. Patrick (Pat) was killed over seas during the second world war. I am including two census here for some clarification. 1920 Greene County, AR. Frank C. Weekly 49 b. IN, Dixie C. 45 b. TN. Paul 22 b. AR, Mozella 18 b. AR, Bond, 16, b. AR, Harry 14, b. AR, Patrick 7, b. AR., Robert 6, b. AR, Ralph 4, b. AR. Their mothers maiden name was Hammond. Another census for Jackson County, Oregon 1930, lists Smith A. Weekly 36 b. OR, Laura G. 29 b. CA, Robert A. 10 b. OR, Dorothy E. 9, b. OR, Edwin E 6, b. OR and Edith M 3, b. OR.

Recent information I have been given by Robert's daughter says his name is Robert Adair Weekly and that "Pat" was a nickname. He was the son of Smith A. Weekly and Laura Weekly. He married Dorothy Crocker and they had one daughter. He was killed in the Pacific in WW2.

Robert Adair Weekly was the son of Smith A Weekly and Smith was my mother's first cousin. Smith was married to Laura G (I don't know what her maiden name was but I will try to find out) they had four children Robert A, Dorothy E, Edwin E and Edith M Weekly that I know about. Smith's father was Edmund E Weel;y and married Mary Jane Waterman born in New York, and Edmund's father was William Elze Weekly born in Ky and his mother was Irine Jane Skaggs born in Tenn. I have other information on the Weekly family and am starting to put it together with some others.
