Solomon Peter Weaver was supposedly born 8/7/1814 in N.C. .He had 2 brothers William Riley 10/30/1815 Va. and John H.11/1828 Tn . They moved to Wright County, Missouri (town Grovespring) in the 1840's. We are decendents , but have nothing before. A family bible recorded names and birth dates. Solomon was only one who was born in N.C.But in a 1880 census for Wright Co. the brothers listed N.C. as the birth & death state for their parents. There has always been some doubt as to whether they were brothers. Although most of their children are named after one another. Someone said a Peter Weaver was on the 1810 census records for Buncomb Co. and yet another Peter Weaver mentioned in early Sullivan Co. records.
