The last time I was on here was 2 yrs.ago on the account I kept running into brick walls.

So I decided to give this another shot.

My Grandmothers Maiden name is Ida P. Weatherly(b.1936 in Gum Neck,Tyrell County,NC). I am trying to find and search information through her Fathers side. My Great-Grandfather's name is Pete Weatherly(b. Jan.28,1892)in Darlington,South Carolina(d.Dec.20,1963)in Sanford,Lee County,NC; His Father My GG-Grandfather as listed is Samuel Weatherly and Mother is Ida Weatherly.

I ran into a wall again. I need help searching Samuel Weatherly and Ida Weatherly. I also know that My GG-Grandmother Ida also had children from another union..?assuming..but know for sure she had children before they had met. I like to know her maiden name, and How many children Samuel and her had in their union.

My G-Grandfather Pete and 2nd Spouse-My Great Grandmother Eva Mae Weatherly whose maiden name is Liverman. Had 5 children in their union. Though there are 14 all together. He had 9 from his first marriage, I believed she had died from child birth. Some of them from the first union also go by the name Weathers as well as Weatherly. Im not for sure why.

As my grandmother Ida was told Pete had chabged his name though there is no record of it. She said he also went by the name Caslee Weathers/ly and changed it back to Pete Weatherly.
