My ancestor is Maria Wdowiak from the village of Dudynce in now southern Poland. She was Rusyn. She was married twice, first to Stephan Warcholyk and after his death to Stephan Kotlarz. Her children were Antoni Warcholyk, Catherine, Anna and Eva Kotlarz. She had a brother named Nicholas Wdowiak. I do not know anything about her parents or other siblings.

Catherine and her Jewish husband immigrated to somewhere in France. Anna, Eva, Antoni and Nicholas immigrated to the US about 1910 settling in the Wilkes Barre PA (Luzerne Co) area by way of Perth Amboy, NJ where an uncle Jan Kotlarz resided according to Ellis Island records.

Hello, I've been trying to locate any information on my father (now deceased). Perhaps you may have come across some information. My Father's name was Simon Warcholik (his signature on the PCIRO Certificate for Immigration to Canada although the typed form and his signature after this has changed spelling to Semen Warcholyk which he had used since). The date on this same form for his Canadian Immigrant Visa is Mar 23 1949.
His place of birth was 04.05.1922, Rychwald, Galzizien, Poland. He was of Ukrainian origin.
