John Wasson was my 4th great grandfather, born 08 Jul 1792 in Iredell, North Carolina, died 25 Mar 1868 in Deer Creek, Carroll, Indiana, USA. He married Rosamond around 1815, possibly in North Carolina before moving to Indiana. Rosemond was born May 1792 in North Carolina, died 07 Mar 1863 in Deer Creek, Carroll, Indiana.
I have searched North Carolina records but am unable to locate Rosamond's maiden name or marriage record. Most folks just refer to her as Mrs. Wasson. Does anyone know Rosamond’s maiden name or how I might locate it? Thanks!
