Just looked at this site after years and the family you are seeking are regarded as the Warings of Northern Ireland. Quite a lot of research has been done on that branch and I have actually stayed in Waringstown House which is now owned by a descendant of the female line Michael Harnett and his family. Michael was most generous in allowing me to see many old letters written by both sides of the Waring line, those from the North and those who went to Kilkenny. I have also met up with descendants of Lord Samuel James Waring and others.
