Haven't been on this list for about 4 years. Still trying to fill in the blanks on Henry M. Walls, born 1798, Rutherford County, Tenn. died Leesburg MO. I have information on this line that I am willing to share with a few pictures. Decedents were located in TN, MO, AR, OK and Texas. I am still looking for other information on this line, Henry's father and where they might have come from.

My father's name is Henry Melcome Walls. He was born in Pittsburgh, PA, His father was Henry Walls, my brother is also Henry Walls. My great grandmother was named Auntine married to a Dentist whose name I believe was Henry--not sure. I do know that when she was a little girl, the Civil War had ended and she had trunks of confederate money to play with.

There was a James Walls who had a farm outside of Pittsburgh,Pa in 1829. He had a son Henry and a son John. There is also a nephew Francis (Frank). The farm was located in the center of Wall Borough, named after James Wall. I have traced my family to a James Walls in England. I know some of his sons came to the US, but have not made the connection to this James Walls , other than I have family in the same area.
