My father, Reynold Cecil Waits Jr was born August 29th, 1945, and he died January 27, 2008. His father was Reynold Cecil Waits, his wife was Stella May B. I know my father had a younger sister named Susan, and Maryland, and Claudette. I don't know much more. I would love to learn more about my family or even meet them.
