Hello,

here’s some info about Waag and Brunk from Linx:

1) a David Waag was b. 1817 in Linx, Baden. Parents were David Waag + Maria Lepperger

2) a David Waag from Linx, Baden moved to America in 1852, with family

3) a Michael Brunk from Linx, Baden moved to America in 1852, with family
There were also some other Brunk family members who emigrated from Linx in that time period.

4) a David Waag, Farmer, b. ca. 1817 in Baden was counted in a census in 1880 in Lancaster, Erie, New York, together with wife Barbara (b. in Baden) and dau. Caroline

5) a Fredrick Waag lived in Lancaster, Erie, New York in ca.1900, married to Elizabeth Brunck

Andreas,
Fredrick Waag and Elizabeth Brunck from Lancaster, Erie County, New York, were my Great grand parents.
I would be glad to help with any information regarding that lineage.
