My great-great-grandmother was Sarah Voodre, born Quebec about 1820. She married Louis Allor when she was ca 14 yrs; they were living in Housfield, Jefferson Co., New York until at least 1850 (census) then came to Macomb Co., Michigan where they lived out their lives.
She was a brother to Peter Voodre of Detroit, b. in Canada ca 1817.

I'm not sure of her relationship to Francis Voodre (b 1802) of NY -he was perhaps a brother, or uncle.

I am interested in any possible relatives of this era - especially parents.
