Yeah thats my dad. Well I dont know what to tell you really, when my dad died , my nan and grandad and my aunts and uncles didnt really bother with me and my sister.
They have a big family though, my grandads name is Bill and my nans name is Marion, but for some reason everyon calls her Titch. They had 5 boys and 4 girls, as you know my dad in 1988 and I think one of my aunts , Linda died a couple of years before that.
I dont really see my cousins that much, my uncle bill lives quite close, but he runs his own buisness so he's always quite busy.
The names of your father and grand fatjer dont sound familiar to me, but I will ask my mum if they do to her.
Erm I dont really kno what else to tell you, as you can see I can go on for ages, so if theres anything that you want to know just ask me.

I think I already have your late Father on my database. Did he die in Thurrock in 1988?

I don't have any further information about his relatives, so anything you can tell me about you parents, grand parents, siblings, uncles/aunts/cousins would be most useful.

I'm originally from Colchester Essex, so there's a chance we are related distantly. My Father (deceased 1986) was Derek Leslie, his father Leslie and his Grand father Charles Issiah.

Hello,
Im 17 years old and I live in Essex. My dad was Paul Vel, but he died when I was 2 years old. His mum and dad( my nan and grandad) still live round here and so do his brothers and sisters( my aunts and uncles).
I'm not sure if this is any help to you but I think my dads great granddad came from the caribbean.
Anyways just thought Id let you know that there are some Vel's out here.
