Looking for information on Azora M/Zora M. Vanostren/Vanostran born 1866 in Ohio. On 1870 and 1880 census as living in Jackson Township, Muskingun, Ohio. I'm trying to determine if she is the same Zora M. that married Perry C. Huntsman around 1887. My brother-in-law is descended from Perry and is trying to trace his family.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have also found in the marriage licenses at Phil. City Hall that there was a Stewart Van Osten married to Elizabeth Eggre and their son, Joseph S. Van Osten b. 3/6/1896 married Jeannette Bissinger b. 3/27/1895 on April 11, 1917. If you want more info email me and I'll forward the specifics.

I also found several of Adolphus and Catherine's children as well and if you don't have their marriage info I can forward it on to you. I have found 5 children for them but only 2 of their children's marriage info.

I am related to a William VanOsten Sr. born in 1803 in Philadelphia. In my research of this line I found in the Philadelphia Inquirer Death Notice Index a Frank Van Osten who died on July 8, 1868 and he was the oldest son
of Thomas S. and Sallie J. Van Osten. Frank was 12 years old and the family lived at 905 Corinthian Avenue. Not sure if you knew this or not.

Do you know Thomas' parent's name? I don't think I'm related but I still haven't found out who William's parents are.
