Is this family connected to the Vanterpools of Saba?
Were they sea captains?

I have a little information on them, but have not verified it.

Information about the VANTERPOOLS of Sava (Netherland Antillies). Their relationship to the Vanderpool/Van der Poels of USA has not been established.
