I am looking for information on Richard Van Brunt who married Elizabeth Jane Fair (daughter of Elizabeth Harrison and Richard Fair) in Charleston South Carolina in the 1820's-1830's. They left South Carolina and settled in Leon County, Lake Iamonia Community, Florida where he aquired a lot of land and they became very succesful and well-known. I cannot seem to locate his birth information or his parents or any siblings. Richard is my ggg grandpa and I am trying to trace the Van Brunt ancestors. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
