LANCASTER, Ohio: Jack David Uhl slipped from his mortal coil on Monday, December 1, 2014 at 8:15 a.m. at Pickering House Hospice.'
Jack was born on August 25, 1947 to William M. Uhl and Freda Alice Uhl (Ayers).

Jack served during the Vietnam War as a member of a flight crew of a C-130-B. Model as a payload specialist and flight mechanic stationed out of Lockbourne AFB of the strategic Air Command in Lockbourne, Ohio.
He also drove and operated an amusement ride transport for Pugh Amusements from 1969 until the early 70's.
Most recently he drove as a courier for Best Courier where he met his life partner, Kathy McClurg.
His first love was riding his Harley Davidson and the company of his brothers of the wind.
Jack is survived by his mother, Freda, 99; brothers, William "Billy" Uhl and Joseph P. Uhl of Lancaster, OH.
Jack is also survived by cousins, Andy, John, Debbie, Nancy, Brenda, Jeff, Jerry, Larry, Chris, Cathy Sisco (Uhl), Edward Jr., Toni, Mary, and Paula. He was preceded in death by his brother, Paul Michael Uhl and father, William M. Uhl Sr.; uncles, Charles, Edward, Fred, and John; cousin, Cindy Hedrick (Uhl) all of Lancaster.
Cousins also in New Lexington and Ft. Wayne Indiana.
Cremation was handled under the care of Sheridan Funeral Home.
