Hello, have some information about Johannes Uebele and his family. He left Germany in the years ca 1847/50. If you are looking for other members of the family send me a mail. I'm living in Wuerttemberg.
Regards, Martin

My name is Megan Uebele
I am a decendent of Johannes Uebelen who married Magdalen Weiler. They had Christian Uebelen in 1731, Eva Barbara Uebelen in 1758, and Gottfried Uebelen born in1763. The history goes on another 34 pages including where the n was dropped off of the name.
I hope this is of some help.
Thank You,
Megan

Hi,
I'm a Uebele researcher working through Barbara Uebele b. 1827. Daughter of Johann George and Maria Koppehofer. I have a lot of information on the family ranging back to the 1600's, but some of the areas are sketchy. Would you like to compare notes?

Hi Michelle --

I think we've e-mailed before. I'm also descended from Barbara Uebele and William Blaesser through their daughter Katherine. Are you descended through William Jr. and Emma Duerr? I'd love to compare notes.

I am looking for any information on my 2x great grandmother and am wondering if she might have a connection.
Her name is listed on census records as Magdalena Kruckman, her married name. She was born in Wuerttemberg in March 1838 and immigrated between 1852-4. She married William Kruckman in 1861 and had her first child in Wheatland, Wisconsin in 1862. I recently saw her daughter's death record and her maiden name is listed as Ubela, but I do not believe this spelling is correct. I then found a immigration record for Eva Magdalena Uebele that matches all the other information I have on her and I have very little doubt that this is her.
The information on the immigration record is as follows:
District: Oehringen
Name: Uebele, Eva Magdalena
Birth Date: 12 Mar 1838
Birth Place: Heuholz
Application Date: 1854
Destination: Wisconsin
Number: 841020

I look forward to any information you might have that could help me along.
Thank you,
Sarah

Hello Sarah,

I realize this is years after your post. I am an intermittent subscriber to Ancestry so I just saw your post from 2009. One of Magdalena's daughters, Lydia, is my great grandmother. I have been stymied in finding more about Magdalena's Uebele family in Germany. I have found lots of info about her 10 children in the US with William Kruckman but also none about his German family, where he came from, etc. Do you have any info you can share?
