this is probably him. i was only 14 when he died and im ray. i do remember my mother getting a phone call after he died from someone claiming to be his former wife. probably your mother. he was born in august of 1937. so he was 22 when you were born. ray,tom and mark are his sons, as i seem to believe you are as well.my mothers name was mary. so it seems to fit. any information i have, you are welcome to. it is somewhat limited due to my age at the time he passed, and i only have good memories. i am sorry you never got to know him. faults as we all have but the best man ive ever known. nice to meet you brother. yea i know im typing which i am not good at but still good. i am the oldest and born in dec.1966. hope that doesnt ruin this story. write back and let me know if this all fits together. later

Ray, Thank you for responding. I know my father was born augest 30 1937 and passed sept 1981. I think yuor father and mine are the same. I have tried on and off for many years to find my brothers and this is the first success that i have had. First let me tell you how overwellming it feels to hear from a brother i knew i had but was lost to me, very awsome. To think i have brorhers is so cool. If i read your message correct your mother has passed, if so i'm sorry for your loss. I only have i think two pictures of our father and my mother has said very little about my father all my life. I can't tell you how it makes me feel to know he was a good man. anything you can tell me about him would be a treasure to me. I have told my sister Debbie about your message and she's excited about the news. A little about myself, I've been married to Elaine for almost 19 years, my only marriage. Elaine had three kids when we meet, two boys and a girl. I have five grandchildren, One boy, four girls, one set of triplets. I'm a plumbing contractor and have been in my oun business for 21 years plus. Business is a struggle but i somehow enjoy hard work something i suspect is a family trait. I'm very happy in life and love my wife and family. When i was younger, teens and twentys i wasent what you would call well behaved but i did manage to stay out of jail. I quit drinking when i was eighteen and quit smoking the night i met Elaine 3-19-1991.Life has been good to me but i have had a hard time not knowing my father,i always wondered what it would be like to have my own dad. I look foward to hearing from you and i hope you and my other brothers are doing well and are happy in life. If you want to comunicate by email or phone let me know, I live in Florida and both my sisters live in the same town. I know this is a long message but i was very excited to hear from a brother,it's so much differant than just knowing your out there someware. Write soon, your brother David
