I have recently ran across the name TYNES in my
TRIPP family tree. It seems LANCELOT TYNES (1910-1989) married
a woman named VIVIAN TRIPP (1909-1983); I believe in NC.

They had 2 children; RICHARD (1941) and THOMASINA (1943).
