In the name of God Amen, I Robert Tynes of Isle of Wight County, am in perfect sound
mind and memory, Do ordain this to be my last Will and testament this 21st September 1790 (to wit) --
Item I give and bequeath unto my Son in Law Charles Fulgham the Sum of five Shillings Current money.
Item I give and bequeath unto my Son in Law Thomas King the Sum of five Shillings Current money.
Item I give and bequeath unto Davis Day that married my Grandaughter Juliana Day the Sum of
Five Shillings Current Money. -- Item I give and bequeath unto my Grandson Robert Tynes the Sum of
Five Shillings Current Money. -- I lend unto my loving wife Mary Tynes, Cooper Dick, Aaron, Ephraim,
and Isaac also the plantation whereon I now live, with all the Stock of Cattle, Horses, Sheep, Hogs, &
& all my Household Furniture, & after her deceased To my son Timothy Tynes and his Heirs forever.
Item I give and bequeath unto my Son Timothy Tynes, all my Lands, negroes that I am now possess
-ed of and all my right of my Fathers Estate; also all my Stock that is at all my Plantations &
all my whole Estate both real and Personal, Wheresoever and Whatsoever to him and his
heirs forever. -- I do appoint my friend Colo. John Scb. Wills my whole and Sole Executor and
I do hereby Revoak this to be my Last Will & Testament as Witness my hand and Seal the Date &
Year above Written.

At a Court held for Isle of Wight County December the 1st 1794
This will was proved by the Oaths of William Goodrich, Robert Johnston and William Hubard three of the witnesses
thereto and Ordered to be Recorded; And John Scarsbrook Wills the Executor therein named having departed
this life Prior to the Proving the said Will -- Therefore Upon the motion of Timothy Tynes who made oath
thereto according to Law and together with Thomas King and John Easson his Securities entered into and
acknowledged their bond in the penalty of Twenty thousand pounds with Condition as the Law directs Certificate
is Granted him for obtaining letters of Administration with the said Will annexed on the Estate of the Said
Robert Tynes deceased in due form.
