In the name of God, Amen, I Timothy Tynes
of the Isle of Wight County in the Colony of Virginia being
well in Body and Perfect sence and memory do make this
my last Will and Testimony and form as followeth (Vizt.)
Imprimis. I Give and Bequeath unto my Son Robert Tynes
all my Lands and Appurtinances thereunto belonging
and one Copper Still Containing about Thirty Gallons
with all the Appurtinances thereunto belonging to him
and his Heirs forever.
Item I Give unto my Grandson Timothy Tynes the Son of my
Son Robert Tynes one Negro Boy called Jimmy.
Item I Give and Bequeath unto my loving Wife Elizabeth Tynes
the use of all my Lands and Negro's and all my Cattle to
have Maintenance for her self as long as she lives
and after her Decease, then the Negro's and Cattle to be
Equally to be Divided between all my Children. I make
my Wife Elizabeth Tynes and my Son Thomas Tynes
my whole and Sole Executors to this my last Will and
Testimony in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven
Hundred and forty seven August the 26th day.

was presented into Court by Thomas Tynes one of the Executors therein Named
who made oath thereto and being proved by the Oath of
William Ponsonby and Joseph Hill, two of the Witnesses
thereto, is ordered to be Recorded.
