In the name of God amen. I Robert
Tynes junr. of Isle of Wight County am week in Body
but am in perfect Sence and Memory this I do make
my last Will and Testament as follows (to Wit).
Item I Give and bequeath unto my loveing Sister
Jean Tynes one Negro man named Charles, one do.
Boman, one Boy Pomp, one Boy Peter, one Boy Frank,
one Negro Woman Patt, one Girl Kate, one Negro Boy
Simon, and all my Right of the Negroes and
Personal estate that my Aunt Sarah Washington
Gives me from my Grand Father Timothy Tynes's
Estate and all my Cattle, Hogs, Sheep, and all my
whole Estate whatsoever and wheresoever. Item I
make my Father my whole and Executor [sic] to this
my last will and Testament this 13th Day of
November 1772.

At a Court held for Isle of Wight
County the 7th Day of October 1773

This Will was
Presented in Court by Robert Tynes the Executor therein
named who made oath thereto According to Law
and the same being proved by the Oaths of John
Crocker and Roland Reynolds the witnesses thereto
and ordered to be Recorded and on the motion of
the said Executor who together with John Day his
Security entered into and Acknowleedged their bond
in the penalty of one Thousand pounds with
condition as the Law directs certificate is granted
them for obtaining a probate thereof in due
form.
