i am a descendant of emmanuel twitty. emmanuel was the father of thomas and george twitty. all i know about emmanuel is he was said to be the son of a slave. he was married to mary smith and was present at the marriage of his son thomas to eliza moss in 1902 in warrenton, nc.any help would be appreciated.
