Dear Sandi,
I submitted one message regarding this line already but for some reason it seems to have been omitted. I would like to hear from you if you are interested in finding out more on this line? I descend from Rev. Alson G. and his wife Elizabeth (HEATH)Twidwell, a sister to William's wife, Gatsy (HEATH). You can e-mail me direct. at dcole@tech-line.com

Sandi,
Reverend Alson Gray Twidwell, b. in 1824, a brother to William, b. 1822, both sons of Obediah, b. c1787. Rev. Alson was an uncle to your George W., not a brother. Allison, called "Bud" also a nephew of my ancestor, and brother to your George W. I also descend from the Lutes surname, don't you too?
Alson & Allison are both pronounced the same but the Reverend spelled his as shown, so it makes it easier to identify them, and keep them separate. Darlene

I just noticed Darlene Cole in the Twidwell message board and remember my mom mentioning the name. Are you the one whom my mother wrote to often during her ancestory work??
I am grand daughter of James Emmit Twidwell of Wayne County Missouri.

Classification: Query
Surnames: Twidwell/Heath/Berryman
I've just discovered our connection to Obediah Twidwell, and would love to find out more from this line. I descend from William Franklin Twidwell and his wife Catherine Gatsy(?) Heath. Their daughter, Margaret C. Twidwell, married Thomas Richard Berryman (born 1857, died 1919, both in MO). Margaret and 'Richard' had three daughters: Etta, Callie, and Myrtle.
