POLAND ANCESTRY INFORMATION NEEDED
I am beginning to research the Twardosky Family which come to the US between 1883 and 1911. Am I correct in my belief that the Twardowski and Twardosky Families are the Family, and the name was changed at Immigration to the the US?

NY, NJ and PA Twardowski(s)
I don't have much info. My dad (Adolph- everyone called him Ed) died almost 30 years ago. His father's name was Anthony. He passed on several years before my father. I never knew grandma. My dad had one living brother I met- Sigmund ( Uncle Ziggy). He also spoke of another brother, Stanley who died when he was young as well as another female sibling. My dad's cousin Joe came from Poland and lives in PA. He fathered three boys.. Mike & Stephen live in PA with their families. John lives in NJ with his. I grew up in Maspeth NY. Grandpa (Anthony) lived in NYC at the time of his death and I believe most of his life. Is any of this meaningful to you?

However, I do know some of his relatives live in the Philadelphia, PA area. This family grew up at 5th and Pine Streets in Wilmington, DE.
