Ellie,
Did you know that was my Aunt's name (Dad's sister)? It was so nice to read your post about my Dad. Yes, it's true, he died at the young age of 41. I'm not too far away from that myself. He did go to the Glenwood School for Boys and I actually have a picture of him from there, where he must have looked when you knew him. I'm glad that he made an impression on you and you remembered him from so long ago. He had a massive heart attack one night in October of 1979. He left a loving wife and 3 small children. I was the oldest at the time, and I was 12yrs old. I was last up in Memorial Park last year for my Uncle's funeral. Many of my relatives are buried there. I need to get back up there, I feel like he was the kind of person who should always have flowers on his grave. He was a wonderful Dad.
I'm now living in Atlanta, Ga and would love to hear more from what you remember. Do you still have the letters? Do you know anyone else who might know information about him? Please feel free to email me @
TraeL67@yahoo.com.
Look forward to hearing from you,
Tracie Tuveson
