This information was copied by my aunt Margaret Wiggins Uzzle from the family Bible belonging to Lillie Wiggins Shuler who was the grand daughter of Ann Warnock Lewis and John Lewis and the ggdaughter of Phereby Tuttle and Samuel Warnock. After Aunt Lillie died, I do not know what happened to her Bible, but I have no reason to doubt that Aunt Margaret copied the information accurately. I hope it helps someone.
