Hi. I'm looking for any info. on the Tuscano family. All I know is that they are from Catania, Sicily. And my grandmother
who is a Toscano migrated to the U.S. with her family in 1913. Any help would be deeply appreciated!

Thanks!

My grandmother also came from Italy in the early 1900's - with last name of Toscano - and I believe she was from Sicily, too.

My father's name was Vincent Anthony Toscano. His brother was Joseph Toscano they were fraternal twins born August 23, 1922. Both have died - in 1995 - this is why I refer to them in the past tense.

My cousin's husband was a Tuscano.

His parents were: Andrew Toscano - born - 2/3/1889 - Italy
died - 3/28/1973 - Coeymans NY

The registry book (Memorial) for some reason lists his parents as Andrew & Filomena Palmaire.

Was he adopted? He had two wives: Teressa and Assunta (might have been sisters)
